If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to fill out a travel questionnaire and then book an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements and vaccination needs. The questionnaire should include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine which vaccinations are required.
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel as the vaccinations will take some time to work.
Most travel vaccines including Yellow Fever are held in stock and for some of the vaccinations you will incur a charge.
Please note- you do not need to be a registered patient to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination. Please enquire at reception for a list of list of service fees and appointment availablity.
